Blackpine Trading Co. (“Blackpine”, “we”, “us”) sells pet products online and is based in Manitoba, Canada.

Online store

Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example: pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or shipping restriction).

Products

Product pages describe intended use and care. Always supervise pets. Our products are not medical treatments and we don’t make veterinary claims.

Photos are for illustration; finish and color can vary by batch. Unless checkout offers a color choice, you receive the standard finish we fulfill for that SKU.

Accuracy

We try to keep listings accurate. If you receive something materially different from the listing, contact support and we’ll fix it.

Account

Guest checkout is available. You’re responsible for keeping account login details secure if you create one.

Payments

You agree to provide current, complete payment information. Orders are charged when placed (or as shown at checkout).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blackpine isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law in your province/state.
