How do I place an order?

Shop blackpinetrading.com, add items to cart, and check out. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@blackpinetrading.com ASAP with your order number. If it hasn’t gone to the supplier yet, we’ll cancel or update it. After that, we’ll help with a return once it arrives.

Do I need an account?

Guest checkout works. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders later.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in about 5–14 business days (processing + transit). You’ll get tracking when it’s available. Some items ship from partner warehouses in the US or overseas, so timing can vary by product.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the contiguous United States (lower 48 + D.C.). Rates and delivery estimates show at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: email support@blackpinetrading.com before ordering so we can confirm. Outside CA/US? Email us and we’ll let you know if we can help.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?

Some items ship from different partner warehouses. That’s normal — you won’t be charged surprise extra shipping unless checkout showed it.

My tracking hasn’t moved.

Give it up to 48 hours after the ship email — labels sometimes scan late. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll chase it down.

Returns & refunds

What’s your return policy?

Unused items in original condition can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us for a Return Authorization before you ship anything back. Full details are on our Returns page.

Can I return opened pet food or supplements?

We don’t sell food or supplements yet. For gear: if an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right. Change-of-mind returns should be unused and in original condition.

When will I get my refund?

After the return is received and checked, refunds typically post in 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Blackpine Calm-Lick Pad

What is the Calm-Lick Pad for?

It’s a textured silicone pad for everyday enrichment. Spread a thin layer of soft pet food, a lickable treat, or a thin smear of plain unsweetened yogurt (no xylitol) — only if your pet tolerates dairy — and let your dog or cat work through it at their own pace — slows a quick snack into a longer lick session.

Is it a treatment for anxiety?

No. It’s everyday enrichment and a calm ritual, not a medical fix or anxiety treatment. Supervise use. Not a chew toy.

Is it food-grade?

We describe it as rinse-clean silicone for spreading soft foods your pet already eats. We’re not making a formal “food-grade” claim on the listing.

How do I clean it?

Rinse after each use. Wash with mild soap and warm water; air dry. Avoid harsh scrubbers that can scar the texture. You can chill or freeze it for a longer cool lick session (as directed on the product page).

How is PaceBowl different from the Calm-Lick Pad?

PaceBowl is a meal bowl with a raised silicone maze that spreads kibble so mealtime takes longer. The Calm-Lick Pad is for spread-and-lick snacks, not meals. They pair well together.

Does it prevent bloat?

No. We don’t make medical claims. It simply spreads food to slow fast eaters. Supervise use. Not a chew toy.

Care & what’s included?

Rinse after meals; mild soap and warm water; air dry. In the box: 1 silicone slow feeder bowl. Non-slip base for everyday floor use.

Blackpine Shed Season Slicker

What does the self-cleaning button do?

Brush through the coat to lift loose hair, then press the release so collected fur pushes out of the bristles for quicker cleanup — less hair on your hands, clothes, and furniture.

Is this a grooming kit?

No. It’s a single self-cleaning slicker brush (not a multi-piece glove/pouch kit). Form matches the unit we ship.

Is it a flea or medical treatment?

No. Cosmetic coat care for dogs and cats only. Supervise use; stop if skin is irritated.

What’s in the box / care?

1 self-cleaning slicker brush. Remove fur after each session, wipe the head clean, keep the mechanism free of hair buildup, and store dry.

Blackpine Trail Sip

What is Trail Sip?

A portable pet water bottle with an attached trough lid for walks, car rides, and travel. Offer a drink on the go, then pour unused water back into the bottle.

Is it leak-proof?

Wipe the trough dry after each use and pack the bottle upright when you can. Like most travel bottles, it isn’t meant to be tossed loosely in a bag while full. Supervise use — hydration gear, not a toy.

How do I clean it?

Empty after use. Rinse bottle and trough with mild soap and warm water; air dry fully before packing away.
